We also offer jigs and fixtures, standard and bespoke, and can support assembly, installation and commissioning of related equipment — temperature control, rectifiers, safety systems, process chambers, walkways and tanks. Process tanks in stock or as standard systems run from 12 litres through 50, 95, 275 and 350 litre fully equipped units up to 2,000 litre plant, or a full turn-key line with automation.
Documentation can include objectives, procedures, capacities and requirements, with equipment specification detailed by sub-assembly and supportive technical data, including illustrations, motion-flow diagrams and schematics where the project needs them.
